If you don't have the items listed below, you'll get the missing items equipment for the time
of training. Please provide this information in the initial recruitment stage.
Personal protective equipment, teaching material and meals (~ 2400 kcal/24 h) will be provided on site.
Due to the fact that I do not know your adaptability and I am not able to predict your body's response in new conditions, take it to the backpack:

- a sleeping bag adapted to the season
- a thick sweatshirt popularly called fleece or a thick wool sweater
- light raincoat or poncho
- long pants
- t-shirt, while in the cold season a set of long underwear
- 2 pairs of socks
- hat
- lightweight sports shoes, preferably quick-drying
- a bottle for carrying water
- a pocket knife.

Wear appropriate clothing taking into account the prevailing conditions weather.
